ISO 9001v2000 recertification on all activities for the North, Alsace, Franche-Comté, Lorraine, Rhône-Alpes, Ile-de France, Brittany, Aquitaine, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and Midi-Pyrénées regions.
Creation of the third-party application development, third-party application maintenance and third-party application acceptance testing solutions based on service centres.

 

2006
Dutch group PROFINITY acquired in January (sales of 10 million euros and 75 people).
All assets and liabilities of R3D, R3D I.T., Sylisium and Tecnotec transferred over to Sylis France in connection with moves to simplify the Group's legal structure.
S.B.S subsidiary specialising in ERP solutions for small and medium-sized businesses sold off in connection with the realignment strategy.

Sylis Nederland securities held by Sylis transferred over to its subsidiary Sylis Belgium.
Jean-Claude Delobel appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Sylis Nord ISO 9001-certified again for all activities.
All assets and liabilities of R3D Systèmes, R3D Technologies, Régie 3D and Ananta Systèmes Ingénierie transferred over to R3D (previously R3D Finances).

Sylis France company is launched, merging Sylis and Séléfrance subsidiaries.

Reorganisation of the Group around two axles, France and Benelux. This new organisation is based on both centralised organisation and new business strategies.

Merger and acquisition of Datapool by Sylis Belgium backdated to January 1st.
