Rémy Mellentin is qualified as an engineer (Centrale Lille). He started his career with Thales and Renault. He joined Sylis in 1986 as Technical Director, and was appointed Managing Director from 1995 to 2005. Rémy Mellentin is chairman of the Board since october 13, 2006.
Jean-Claude Delobel, Director and CEO
Jean-Claude Delobel (Belgian national) is qualified as a sales engineer (MBA) and obtained a degree in applied IT (MIT). He began his career with Esso Belgium, and then with Baxter. He joined Cockerill-Sambre in 1991, and became CEO in 1997. He left the group following its merger with Usinor, subsequently named Arcelor to join Sylis.

Jacques Tricot joined Sylis in 1986. He was Chairman and CEO from 1995 to 2005. He is regional delegate for Syntec (Computer Services Union syndicate), member of the Lille chamber of commerce, Chairman of the third commission of the « Grand Lille » chamber of commerce, Director of PRN and « Lille Metropole tertiaire ».
